Nothing was included in the stay everything was an extra, water , car park also expensive breakfast so they could tell you prices of the extras which most hotels do.

Room and food all good but one member of staff completely ruined our meal experience one evening
Ours was a six night stay in mid-April. Room was large with a great view towards the lagoon. The buffet breakfast at €16 was actually good value. There was also an alternative light breakfast option available in the bar area at very reasonable cost. Our room on the third floor overlooked the front car park and road but was well insulated from any outdoor noise. Reception staff were happy to print our boarding passes for us for our flight home prior to departure, at no cost. Our first two experiences of the restaurant were extremely good but the third was let down by serious service errors.
The way in which staff initially dealt with a complaint - one starter arrived more than ten minutes after the other two which then led to a main course being placed on the table before our companion was even half-way through her starter - was desperately disappointing, almost insulting in fact, and showed a complete lack of customer focus. I had to work hard to secure from management the remedy I was seeking but I was successful eventually.

Traffic noise from the street, the room was not always cleaned properly. The towels needed to be changed already, we put them on the floor, but they were hung up wet. In such a hotel there should be glass glasses, not paper and ceramic cups, not paper!

Lovely hotel with lots to offer onsite but location lets it down
The hotel was very modern, clean and tidy. The rooms were huge and very comfortable. The bar onsite was lovely and the staff were always on hand to help. The roof top bar has great views and in the summer I bet it’s sun trap!! We had a lovely trip and I would recommend this hotel to friends & family.
The location is far from the centre of torrevieja and you need to take local taxis everywhere. There are no kettles available in the room and until I read the reviews on trip advisor (on check out) I didn’t know this was a service on offer from the hotel that if you ring reception / restaurant hot drinks can be delivered to your room. A hand book or a guide in your room to provide this information would be useful. Also, after paying for the hotel it was disappointing to discover that you have to pay a supplement to use the spa? In most hotels this is always part of your stay so one to look out for if you are thinking of staying at this hotel.
